Quail Biryani
Ingredients:
Quails - 6
Eggs(Boiled) - 6
Basmati Rice - 3 cups
Method:
Add 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Add a pinch of Turmeric
Add 1 tsp of Pepper Powder
Add Salt
Squeeze some Lime Juice
Apply this masala evenly on Quails
Stuff the Quail with Eggs
Take a Non-Stick pan
Add Oil
Place the Quails on pan
Cook it on both sides & keep aside
In the same pan
Add Ginger Garlic paste
Add 2 sprigs of Mint Leaves
Add chopped Coriander Leaves
Add Yogurt
Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder
Add 1 tsp Cumin Powder
Add ½ tsp Garam Masala
Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Add Salt
Add Brown Onions
Heat Water in a Pan
Add Whole Garam Masala
Add Oil
Add Salt
Add Basmati rice
Cook the rice till it is 75% Done
