Long yard beans knots

Ingredients;-
Long beans - 10
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 cube
Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Oil- 1 tb spn
Method;-
Heat a pan add water, add long beans
Boil for 5 minutes.
Now transfer in to a plate.
Now take chop sticks and tie the beans.
Take a pan add oil, sugar, salt, vinegar,
Butter, long beans, and just saute it.
In the last add sesame seeds, and serve hot.


Long yard beans tofu stir fry


Ingredients;-
Long beans - 100 g
Tofu - 100 g
Onion - 1
Cabbage - ½ cup
Green chillies - 1
Garlic - 8
Peanut butter - 1tb spn
Dark soya sauce - 1 tsp
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Sweet corn - ½ cup
Spring onion - 2 sprigs
Salt - to taste
Oil - as required

Method;-
Heat a pan add oil. Tofu pieces,salt and just saute it.
Transfer it into a plate.
In the same pan add some more oil, beans, onions,
Cabbage, green chilies, garlic, peanut butter,
Dark soya sauce, and mix it nicely.
Now add coconut milk, sweet corn, and cook for a minute.
Check the salt, add tofu pieces, and saute it.
Sprinkle some spring onions.


Long Yard Beans Poriyal

Ingredients;-
Long beans-1 cup
Ghee -1 tsp
Oil- 1 tb spn
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Red chillies - 4
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Soaked chana dal - 1 tb spn
Curry leaves -2 sprigs
Garlic - 1 tb spn
Onion - 1
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Coconut paste - ½ cup
Salt - to taste
Water - as required

Method;-
Heat a pan add water and boil it.
Add ghee, beans.
Heat another pan add oil, mustard seeds, red chillies,
Cumin seeds, urad dal, soaked chana dal,curry leaves,
Green chillies, crush garlic, chopped onions, some salt,
Turmeric powder, and mix it.
Now add boiled beans, and check the salt.
In the last add coconut paste, and mix it well.
Transfer it into a plate
