Chicken lollipop with garlic noodles
Ingredients;-
Chicken wings -10no's
Noodles - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1tbs
Corn flour - 1tbs
Flavouring salt - pinch
Five spice powder - ½ tsp
Red chilli powder - 1tsp
Egg - 1
Chop garlic - 1tsp
Chop ginger - 1tsp
Red chilli sauce - 1tsp
Vinegar - 1tbs
Soy sauce - 1tbs
Sugar - 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1tbs
Sesame seed - 1tsp
Spring onions - 1 tbs
Slice onions - ½ cup
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Sprouts - ½ cup
Fish sauce - 1tbs
Salt - to taste
oil - as required
Water - as required
Method;-
Take a bowl add some all purpose flour, corn flour, flavouring salt,
Five spice powder (or) garam masala, red chilli powder, egg, some
Water, some salt, and mix it nicely.
Now add chicken wings and mix it again. Keep a side.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry chicken wings in medium flame.
Heat another pan add some oil, chop garlic, chop ginger,and just
Saute it.
Take a bowl add, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, flavouring salt,
Sugar, five spice powder, some water, and mix it.
And pour this mixture in to a pan.
And add red chillies, corn flour slurry, fried chicken wings,and coat it.
Check the salt, sprinkle some sesame seeds.
In the last add some spring onions.
Noodles;-
Heat a aoan add oil, chop garlic, slice onions, red chilli flakes, and
Mix it. Now add sprouts, boiled noodles, five spice powder, pepper powder,
Soya sauce, fish sauce, some salt, flavouring salt, and toss them.
Now add red chilli sauce, and cook high flame.
Switch off the flame.
Transfer to a plate. serve with chicken lollipops.
