Risotto base – onion, olive oil, kimchi juice, ½ water & ½ chicken stock
Service – light Chicken stock or veggie stock, butter, grated parmesan & cheddar.
Garnish for 1 portion

Cheddar
Spring onion
Sesame oil
gamtae seaweed or nori powder
Sautéed Kimchi with pinch sugar
Rice (100g a portion), cheddar ( 10g a portion), butter (10g)
