All hot soups can nourish the body, and comfort the soul, but some seem to do so more profoundly than others, and this Hungarian Potato and Sausage Soup is a perfect example. By the way, I've never been to Hungry, so I'm not sure how authentic this is, but if I ever go, I really hope they have this soup.
