As you might know, I'm a big fan of mussels. I have been for a long time already. I must have been eight when my mom took me to a typical French seafood bistro in Antibes, the historic town on the South of France's Côte d'Azur. It was the first time I tried a mussel, but I was love at first sight - I'll tell you that.
Since that day I've cooked many delicious recipes with mussels, this version is one of my favorites: stir-fry mussels 'Japanese style' with sake and soy. Simply delicious.
