7 shrimp, chopped finely
1/2 tsp salt
White pepper powder
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp grated ginger
4 green onion white part, chopped thinly
2 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp vegetable oil
For the dipping sauce:
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chili oil
1 1/2 tbsp light sauce sauce
1 tbsp water
