MAGIC WHIPPED COFFEE CREAM
Serves 6 (serving size: 1/3 cup)
Active 5 min. Total 5 min.
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
2/3 cup ice cold water
Combine first two ingredients in a large bowl and whisk. Whisk in half cold water to combine. Add remaining cold water and whip or beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until thick and creamy, about 3 minutes.
