Ingredients :
1 tsp all purpose flour
50 grams capsicum
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp Coriander powder
as needed creme fresh
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup curd thick
pinch garam masala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
pinch kasoori methi
1/2 number lime juice
3 tbsp oil
50 number onion
1 cup onion chopped
1 lbs paneer
1 tbsp red chilli powder
as per taste salt
50 number tomato
1 cup tomato puree
pinch turmeric powder




Directions

First cut all the vegetables and paneer in cubes and keep aside.

Take a bowl add thick curd, red chilli powder,salt,kasoori methi powder, lime juice and add oil little mix well and add all the vegetables and paneer mix well.

In a non stick pan add one tablespoon of oil ,add marinated paneer and vegetables, cook both the sides, once it is done keep aside.

Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds,onion chopped, salt pinch, turmeric,ginger garlic paste, all purpose flour, mix cook for 3 min,now add tomato puree, coriander powder,cumin powder,red chilli powder, mix well, and let it cook till u can see oil.

once it is done add water as need,bring it to boil, then add cooked paneer and vegetables, garam masala powder, cream as needed and cook for 3 min and finish it of with coriander leaves.

CHENNAI STYLE
Ingredients :-
Chicken pieces - 500 g
Chilli Powder - 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cumin seed powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Flavouring salt - 1 tsp
Egg White - 1 tsp
Corn Flour - 2 tsp
Maida - 2 tsp
Food Colour Red - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - 3 strings
Green Chillies - 4-5
Salt - To Taste
Oil - As Required

Method:-
Take chicken pieces in a bowl add red chilli powder,ginger garlic powder,cumin seed powder,garam masala,flavouring salt. Mix it nicely.Now add little amount of egg white and mix. Add corn flour,maida and mix it well again. Add food colour(optional),salt,chopped curry leaves,chopped green chillies and mix it.
Deep fry them in hot oil and serve Hot.
VEG BIRYANI

In a rice cooker add 5 ½ cups of water
Add 3 cups of soaked basmati rice
Add some salt
Add whole garam masala
Add little bit of oil put on lid and cook it
Take a pan add some oil
Add 1 cup of onions
Add some salt
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add ½ tsp of mustard powder
Add 1cup of yogurt
Add 1 tsp of lime juice
Add 1 tsp of jaggery
Add 1 tsp of chilli powder
Add 2 pinches of flavouring salt
Add 1 cup of carrot
Add 1 cup of potatoes
Add 1 cup of raw banana
Add 1 cup of celery sticks
Add 1 cup of broccoli stems
Add ½ cup of green peas and mix it well
Now add some water
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add ½ cup of mint leaves
Add 4 green chillies and cook for some time
Then put the boiled rice
Add 1 tsp of biryani masala
Add 1 tsp of saffron water
Add 2 tsp of ghee and put the lid on
Cook for 5 minutes.
Now serve the biryani with raita
