INGREDIENT LIST:

270ml Can of Coconut Cream + a can-full of water
1 Cup of Almond Milk or Soy Milk
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup (or use honey, golden syrup, agave or similar sweetener)
3/4 Cup of Black Chia Seeds
Mixed Berries (I used 500g of Strawberries and 125g of Blueberries)
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes (plus standing and chilling time)
