1 Egg Yolk

200ml Milk (6.8 fl oz)
50ml Heavy Cream (1.7 fl oz)
2 tbsp Sugar
⅓ Vanilla Bean or substitute: vanilla extract

- Caramel Sauce -
50g Sugar (1.8 oz)
2 tsp Water
50ml Boiling Water (1.7 fl oz)

150ml Oven-Safe Cups or substitute: ramekins or custard cups (5 fl oz)
