Mushroom biryani is so simple to prepare and tastes ...Mushroom Biryani is a great one pot meal for lunch. Oil as required 0 Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoons Bay leaf 1 Numbers Cardamom 2 Numbers Cloves 3 Numbers Biryani flower 1 Numbers Maize 1 Numbers Almonds 6 Numbers Cashew nuts 7 Numbers Curd 1 Cup Pepper corns 1 Teaspoons Onion 1 Numbers Salt as per taste 0 Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons Mint leaves 1 Cup Green chillies 5 Numbers Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Water as required 0 Saffron colour 1 Teaspoons Fried onions 1 Cup Rice 2 Cup Mushroom 10 Numbers Fresh coconut 1 Cup Coriander leaves 1 Cup




1.Take a mixi jar add almonds,cashewnuts,curd,salt as per taste,pepper corns,
  fresh coconut make it into fine paste and keep a side.
2.Take a pan add oil,whole garam masala,chopped onion,salt as per taste,ginger
  garlic paste and mix it well.
3.Saute all these nicely.
4.Add mint leaves,chopped green chillies,coriander powder,cumin powder and cook it well.
5.Take another pan add water,salt,oil and let it boil.
6.Add soaked rice and cook it 80% done.
7.Now add coconut mixture into the whole garam masala pan and mushroom cook it well.
8.Add browm onion,Coriander leaves,saffron colour and ghee.
9.Put on lid cook for 10 mins.
10.Serve with raitha.
