AMLA INSTANT SWEET AND HOT PICKLE :Instant Amla Pickle recipe this Amla Pickle Recipe Andhra style with added sweetness can be eaten for 10 days Sesame oil 1 Cup Jaggery 1 Tablespoons Amla 10 Numbers Salt as required 0 Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Dry red chillies 5 Numbers Hing Pinch Turmeric 1 Teaspoons Garlic 20 Numbers Curry leaves 2 Bunch Red chilli powder 2 Tablespoons
1.Take a pan and add sesame oil,jaggery.
2.Saute it for 2 to 3 mins.
3.Add amla pieces,salt and mix it well.
4.Cook it for 4 to 5 mins.
5.Now transfer in a bowl and keep a side.
6.Take another pan add sesame oil.
7.After heating the oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,fenugreek seeds,dry red
 chillies,hing,turmeric and mix it.
8.Add garlic,curry leaves and saute it for 2 to 3 mins.
9.Then transfer in a amla bowl and mix it.
10.Now check the salt and add salt and mix it.
11.Serve with hot rice.
