If you like south Indian masala vada,     Oil as required  0     Dry red chillies 4 Numbers     Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoons     Roasted chana dal 1 Teaspoons     Garlic 7 Numbers     Tarmarind 1 Teaspoons     Dry coconut pieces 1/2 Cup     Salt as per taste  0     Fenugreek leaves 2 Bunch     Bitter gourd 4 Numbers     Turmeric 1 Teaspoons     Onion 1 Numbers     Curry leaves 1 Bunch
1.Take a pan add oil,dry red chillies,coriander seeds,roasted chana dal,garlic,tarmarind,
Ă  dry coconut pieces,salt and mix it well.
2.Saute it for 2 to 3 mins.
3.Now add fenugreek leaves and saute it.
4.Take a mixi jar add these ingredients make it coarse paste.
5.Now stuff the mixture inthe bitter gourd and tie with thread as shown inthe video.
6.Take a pan add oil place the stuffed bitter gourd.
7.Cook it for 2 to 3 mins.
8.Add turmeric,onion,curry leaves and cook it.
9.Cook it for 5 to 6 mins.
10.Now add left over masala and cook it for 3 to 4 mins.
11.Serve it hot.
