For sponge cake:
2 eggs
1 ½ tbsp. vegetable oil
1 ½ tbsp. milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
60g sugar
70g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour
For pandan pastry cream
6 pandan leaves
100ml coconut milk (1/2 cup less 1 tbsp)
1 tbsp tapioca starch
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
45g (3 tbsp) sugar
A few drops pandan extract
1 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup coconut flakes
