Ingredients
1 Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Lovers Brownie mix
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz coconut cream or cool whip
2 Tbs milk
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
In a large bowl, using a hand blender, beat the cream cheese and coconut cream until smooth. Add in the organic brownie mix and milk, then blend until no lumps remain. Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving 1/4 cup for the garnish.
Scoop mixture into a serving bowl, garnish with remaining chocolate chips and serve immediately or refrigerate up to 2 days.
