Ingredients I used (serving 8pcs)
: 200g bread flour
: 3g yeast
: 1 tsp salt
: 100ml lukewarm water
: 20g butter
: 1 egg

- Sakura Anko -
: 1 canned white kidney beans or butter beans
(200 -250g actual quantity of beans)
: 80g sugar
: Salt pickled Sakura leaves (AMAZON available)
: Salt pickled Sakura flower (AMAZON available)

: Egg wash

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。

使った材料(8個分)
: 200g 強力粉
: 3g イースト菌
: 100cc ぬるま湯
: 20g バター
: 小さじ1 塩
: 卵1個

桜餡
: 白いんげん豆水煮缶(1缶からの豆だけ実質量230g)
: 80g 砂糖
: 桜の葉の塩漬け3枚くらい
: 桜のつぼみの塩漬け8ヶ

: 卵液
