Mussels are amazing! Today I am cooking "Zeker Zeeuws" mussels - which means they are from Zeeland, in the South of The Netherlands - with a red curry paste! Inspired by Asian flavours, this way of cooking mussels is an interesting take on "traditional" steamed mussels! Enjoy.
