Here's my Batali family version of the ‘‘white Russian.’’ Fill an Old-Fashioned glass with ice cubes and add 1 shot of decaf espresso. Add a tablespoon of maple syrup and 3/4 cup almond milk and stir. For dad and mom add 1½ ounces of vodka and abide.
