Ingredients:
Arbi patta(Colocasia leaves)-10 pcs.
Gram flour-1 cup(150 gm approx.)
(you may add rice flour also)
Garlic(peeled)-12
Green chilli- 4 to 5
Mango pickle-1 pc or tamarind pulp-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
Dry mango powder(aamchur powder)-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Chutney: take stem, 2 green chilli, 4-6 garlic, 1
mango pickle or tamarind pulp, salt to taste.
