DIL LEAVES - SOYA LEAVES WITH POTATO MASALA CURRY RECIPE ─ Indian Master Chef

Dill leaves and potatoes blend well together it creates tasty dish that can be made in gravy that goes well with rice naan or roti
Ingredients: Oil as required Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon Dry red chilies 3 Numbers Onion 1 Number Salt as per taste Turmeric powder 1/2 Cup Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Tomato 2 Numbers Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Cashew nuts powder 1 Tablespoon Dill leaves 1 Bunch Baby potatoes 10 Numbers Water as required

Method:




Take a pan and add oil, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, chopped onion and cook it lightly.
Then add salt, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato pieces and cook it with closed lid for 2 to 3 mins.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it. Then also add cashew nuts powder, chopped dill leaves, baby potato and mix it again.
Then add water and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
At last, adjust the seasoning and serve with hot rice.
