POULTRY CHICKEN COOKED IN COUNTRY STYLE ─ Indian Master Chef

Country chicken recipe used for the broiler farm chicken. The taste and flavor are lot different from the regular chicken which we regularly make.

Ingredients: Chicken 1 Cup Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon Oil as required Onion 2 Numbers Coconut powder 1 Tablespoon Salt as per taste Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon Tomato puree 1 Cup Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon Coriander powder 1 Tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon Curry leaves 3 Stricks Water as required Crush pepper 1 Teaspoon Coriander leaves 1/2 Cup

Method:




Take a plate, add chicken pieces, turmeric powder, oil and mix it well. Grill it and keep aside.
Now take a pan and add oil, grilled chicken pieces, grilled onion paste, dry coconut powder and mix it well.
Then take a blender and add salt, poppy seeds and make it into a fine powder.
Put on the lid and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
Add curry leaves along with some water and cook it for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes add crush pepper, coriander leaves and cook it well.
Serve with hot rice.
