We are back in the Maldives! It is here from the beautiful island of Kooddoo where the fishermen go out on the Indian Ocean to fish for the most sustainable and delicious skipjack tuna by pole & line! That means one man, one line, one hook and one fish.

With this amazing MSC certified tuna I'm going to show you two versions of one of my favourites - a grilled tuna toastie! Amazing as a lunch or little snack, enjoy.
