This Slow Cooker version of Chicken Teriyaki with Vegetables takes all the fuss of cooking the modern classic dish! Ingredients:
1kg of Chicken Thigh Fillets (skinless and boneless)
1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup of Honey
1 Small Onion (finely chopped)
2 Teaspoons of Minced Ginger
2 Teaspoons of Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup of Rice Vinegar
Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 Cup of Water
2 Tablespoons of Corn Flour (aka Corn Starch)
1 Head of Broccoli
1 Carrot
1 Zucchini
Preparation Time: About 10 minutes
Cooking Time: About 4 hours (HIGH) or 8 hours (LOW) + 30 minutes extra
