Ingredients
* 1 block of medium to medium firm tofu
* 1 tbsp cooking oil
* 10 cloves garlic, chopped
* 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
* 2 tbsp gochugaru (you can substitute to regular red pepper flakes)
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 2 tbsp maple syrup
* 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tsp sesame seeds
* 1/2 onion, sliced
