I'm on a deserted island on the Maldives in the middle of the Indian Ocean and I'm going to marinate and pan fry some delicious fresh pole & line caught Skipjack tuna and serve it with couscous! A great dish, packed with flavour but still so simple to make. Make sure to choose sustainable pole & line caught tuna. Enjoy!
