There is always a better way of cooking Kheema Biriyani and as a person who loves mutton Kheema in a biryani I have tried many methods but cooking in a pressure cooker till it is nice and soft yet having small little tidbits make Keema very very tasty and converting it to a biryani and enjoying it nice and spicy is one of my favorites and I suggest you should definitely try it
RICE COOKER KHEEMA BIRYANI
In a bowl take 3 cups of rice
Add 6 cups of water
Add some salt and mix it.
Add whole garam masala
Add 1 tb spn of mint
Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
Add 1 tsp of oil and pour this rice
In to the rice cooker and cook it.
Heat a pan add 2 tb spn of oil
Add 1 cup of chopped onions
Add pinch of salt
Add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
Add 4 green chillies
Add 1 tsp of biryani masala
Add ½ tsp of cumin powder
Add 1 tsp of red chilli powder
Add 1 tb spn of mint
Add 1 tb spn of coriander leaves
Add 1 cup of curd
Add 500 g of keema
Add some water and salt
And put on lid and cook for 4 whistles.
Now in a rice cooker add 1 tsp of saffron water
Add some keema gravy and put on lid.
Then in a cooker add pinch of red chilli powder
Add some pepper powder
Add pinch of salt
Add some coriander leaves
And cook till keema mixture is dry.
Now put the keema on the rice
After 5 minutes serve the keema biryani.
