Idli batter;-
Idli rice - 3 cups
Urad dal - 1 cup
Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp

Ingredients used in Methi paratha
• Methi leaves - 5 bunch.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Butter - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies - 2 number.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.

Method:
Take a bowl and wheat flour, salt, oil and mix it adding water bit by bit and make a soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, green chilies, onion, salt, crushed garlic, fenugreek leaves, cumin powder, pepper powder and saute it until fenugreek leaves get soft.
Add dry mango powder and cook it well.
Roll out one portion of the dough using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Place one portion of the methi stuffing in the center of the circle, bring together all the sides of the center and seal tightly.
Roll out again into parata using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
Roast both sides on a dry tawa and then fry them with little oil.
