Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 + 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder, Red chili powder - As per taste
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder (amchur) - 1.5 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - a few
Oil -2 tbsp
