I made a few minor tweaks to the recipe... in mine I used:
280g Digestive Biscuits
75g Butter
560 ml Double Cream
140g Icing Sugar
560g Cream Cheese
1/2 Lemon (juice only)
275g Mini Creme Eggs
A few Full Size Creme Eggs (I used three)
60g Milk Chocolate
60g White Chocolate
60g Yellow Chocolate (I found Candy Melts in a local cake suppliers)
