Hooray! Yet another recipe to put those yucky, brown bananas you've been avoiding to good use. This recipe turns them in to the heroes to create a delicious, moist blondie you won't be able to resist.
Recipe -
170g unsalted butter
225g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 salt
2 supremely rip bananas!
2 lg free-range eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp maple syrup
280g light soft brown sugar
50g milk choc chips
50g milk choc pieces
