Ingredients used in palak dal
→ tomato 2 Large.
→ mustard 1/4 Teaspoons.
→ red chilli whole 2 Numbers.
→ jeera 1/4 Teaspoons.
→ hing 1 Pinch.
→ turmeric 1 Pinch.
→ garlic 5 Clove.
→ toor dal (boiled) 1 Cup.
→ salt 1 To Taste.
→ oil 1 Tablespoons.
→ onion 1 Numbers.
→ spinach 1 Bag.
→ gr chilli 2 Numbers.
→ coriander leaves 1 Springs.
→ butter 1 Tablespoons.
→ curry leaves 1 Springs.
How to make the recipe:
Boil dal and keep asidenbsp; heat oil add red chilli whole , mustard and cumin seeds, add sliced garlic and onionsadd turmeric,hing,curry leaves ,chopped chilli and cook for 2 min add tomatoes and cook till they are half cooked add spinach ,butter and cook for 2 min add daal ( dal which has been cooked well and mash)add salt and finish when froth dissolves
