Here is what you'll need!

MIRROR CAKE AS MADE BY DUFF GOLDMAN
Serves 12

INGREDIENTS
(Chef Duff recommends weighing out ingredients for the best result!)

300 grams (1 cup) glucose (or corn syrup)
200 grams (¾ cups) sweetened condensed milk
300 grams (1 ½ cups) granulated sugar
150 grams (⅔ cup) water
350 grams (2 cups) white chocolate chips
20 grams (2 envelopes) gelatin (plus ½ cup water to bloom)
Food coloring to preference
1 tablespoon titanium dioxide, or bright white food coloring
Glitter (optional)

PREPARATION
Bloom gelatin by mixing gelatin into cold water and letting it sit for at least 5 minutes.
Heat granulated sugar, corn syrup, and water on a stove top to a boil.
In a bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and solidified gelatin.
Pour the hot sugar mixture over the chocolate, condensed milk, and gelatin. Cover with a cloth until chocolate is soft, then mix thoroughly until all chocolate is completely melted.
Add desired color and titanium dioxide to the hot mixture. Mix until there are no air bubbles.
Let mixture cool to 90°F/33°C, then pour over frozen cake.
Enjoy!

(This recipe works best on a cake covered in a frozen mousse, but will also work with a cake covered in frozen buttercream frosting.)

How to Make Zombie Brains | Cupcake Jemma Halloween Special ─ CupcakeJemma

Here is what you'll need!

POPCORN SHRIMP
Serving 3-4

INGREDIENTS
Seasoned Flour
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

PREPARATION
In a medium bowl, add seasoned flour ingredients. Mix well.
Place half of the flour mixture into a large zip lock bag, reserve the rest.
Add the shrimp to the bag and shake until each shrimp is coated with flour. Shake off any excess flour.
In a separate bowl, add egg, milk, and cajun seasoning. Mix well.
Dredge the floured shrimp in the egg mixture, then coat with the fresh seasoned flour mixture.
Heat oil at 350째F/180째C. Fry shrimp for a few minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

I have been vegan for a while now and I have been super conflicted with my channel not being in alignment with my life and my beliefs I am transitioning my channel/blog to align with my beliefs, I have been veg for 8+ years and have been in severe conflict here on my channel AND when I owned my bakery by promoting the exploited animal industry, so I finally "got off the fence" and decided to stop being a hypocrite and follow my heart and soul passion.
I understand not everyone cares to be open to this kind of baking
(although I have been making some of my BEST recipes more recently! THAT HAPPEN TO BE VEGAN!)
So I hope and wish that folks will be open minded and give me the same understanding for following my heart.
This has not been the case 100% so far, as I have sadly been met with anger and hatred :( for following my heart and soul
However others have been showing tremendous support and encouragement and I thankyou all for that.
I hope you will at least give it a chance. :)

Chicken Parm Bake and Roasted Broccoli

Here is what you'll need!

CHICKEN PARM BAKE WITH ROASTED BROCCOLI
Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
Bake
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
½ pound spaghetti, cooked al dente
4 cups marinara sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Broccoli
4 cups broccoli florets
¼ cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil. Sear in an oiled pan over high heat until the outside is brown and crisp, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and dice.
Place spaghetti in a greased 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread 2 cups of marinara over spaghetti.
Layer on the chicken, remaining marinara, mozzarella, parmesan, and bread crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes.
In a bowl, combine broccoli, oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet, and bake 15 minutes.
Enjoy!

HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in the fridge 3-4 days.
2. Can be eaten cold, but if you want to reheat the meat, toss it around in a covered saute pan for a few minutes.
3. Mix everything together in the meal prep container and eat!
4. You can store the corn chips outside of the container in small plastic baggies, or if you don’t care that they will get a little soggy in the fridge and that’s easier for you, go for it.

3 gold potatoes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon salt

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛-inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
In a large bowl, mix the potato chips with ingredients.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!


Cheddar Chips
3 gold potatoes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups cheddar cheese crackers
1 tablespoon salt

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛-inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
Place cheddar crackers into a ziplock bag and crush them so that they reach a powdery state.
In a large bowl, mix the potato chips with oil, cheddar powder, and salt.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!


Salt & Vinegar Chips
3 gold potatoes
2 cups vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛ inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
In a large bowl, coat chips with vinegar so all are submerged, allow to sit for 30 minutes (the longer they sit the more vinegary they will taste).
Drain the chips and then mix in salt and pepper.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!


Cool Ranch Chips
3 gold potatoes
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 packet ranch dressing mix
¼ cup chives
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 350ºF/175ºC.
Carefully slice 3 gold potatoes into ⅛-inch slices using a knife or mandoline.
In a large bowl, mix chips with ingredients.
Arrange chips on greased baking sheet
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Enjoy!

To make this eclair taste like a hot dog, you need to make choux pastry first, and then to make a stuffing by mixing hot dog sausages and cream cheese, finally by layering a sweet mustard glaze on top. One Pot Braised Chicken with Artichokes and Lemon - Everyday Food with Sarah Carey ─ Everyday Food

Here is what you'll need!

BAKED APPLE PIE DUMPLINGS
(Makes 4)

INGREDIENTS
2 golden delicious apples
3 tablespoons granulated white sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
½ teaspoon cornstarch
2 sheets puff pastry
1 egg white beaten

CIDER SAUCE
1 cup apple cider
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice (half a lemon)

PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400˚F/200˚C.
Peel apples completely, removing all skin and stems. Halve apples across the middle creating both a top and bottom piece. Using a melon baller remove the core, being careful not to go completely through the bottom. Once the core is removed, continue using the melon baller to carve out the interior of the apple, keeping the small pieces of apple seperate.
In a small bowl, combine the carved out apple pieces with the white sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and softened butter. Mix until apple pieces are evenly coated.
Lay puff pastry out on a lightly floured surface. With a rolling pin, spread pastry out to make a sheet measuring roughly 9x14 inches. Using the round top of a sauce pan (ideally 6-7 inches in diameter), cut 2 circles of pastry out of each sheet and set them aside.
Spoon filling into the hollowed-out core of the apples and place each filled apple in the middle of a round piece of pastry. Apply a light wash of egg white to the rim of the pastry and fold toward the center over the apple, crimping the pastry as the edges meet. Continue until all the edges have been brought together. Use your hands to keep shape of the dumpling. Once shaped, brush more egg white over the top of each dumpling. Lastly, using a small pairing knife, cut a small vent into the top of each dumpling.
Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated oven, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is bubbling.

Cider Sauce
While dumplings are baking combine water, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Boil for 15 minutes allowing sauce to reduce and become thick.
Before serving, remove from heat and whisk in the 2 tablespoons of butter and lemon juice.
Serve by pouring sauce over dumplings while still hot.
