Bhend Sambhar Fried Rice is an exceptional rice preparation giving a south Indian touch to the dish by adding okra sambar powder to the rice Oil as required 0 Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Peanuts 1 Tablespoons Chana dal 1 Tablespoons Dry red chillies 4 Numbers Urad dal 1 Teaspoons Lady's finger 1/2 Cup Salt as per taste 0 Curry leaves 4 Stricks Garlic 4 Numbers Ginger Small Sambar powder 2 Tablespoons Onion 1 Numbers Green chillies 4 Stricks Tomato 1 Numbers Rice 1 Cup
1. Take a pan, add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,peanuts,chana dal and dry red chillies.
2. Saute all these for few mins.
3. Add urad dal,chopped lady's finger.
4. Saute for 2 to 3 mins.
5. Now add salt as per taste and mix it well.
6. Add curry leaves,chopped garlic,chopped ginger and mix it well.
7. Saute all for 1 to 2 mins.
8. Add sambar powder,chopped onion,chopped green chillies,chopped tomato,salt as per taste.
9. Now add cooked rice.
10 .Toss it well and serve in a plate.
