Bheja Fry pulao -LAMB BRAIN AND PANEER PEPPER PULAV: Here is a very tasty plus easy to cook brain masala curry recipe . Pulav is actually a complete meal that includes carbohydrates, proteins, fats and minerals and vitamins. Something happens and my brain is all excited and keeps on ... a plain simple mutter pulao finally became a brain paneer pulav. Oil as required 0 Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Onion 1 Numbers Green chillies 4 Numbers Salt as per taste 0 Curry leaves 4 Stricks Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoons Turmeric Pinch Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons Garam masala 1 Teaspoons Dil leaves 1/2 Cup Paneer 1/2 0 Goat Brain 1 Numbers Crushed pepper 1 Teaspoons Rice 1 Cup
1.Take a pan and add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chopped onion,chopped green chillies,
 salt as per taste.
2.Saute all these for 2 to 3 mins.
3.Add curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,pinch of turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala and
 mix it well.
4.Add chopped dil leaves and mix it well.
5.Now add chopped paneer and brain mix it well.
6.Saute for 2 to 3 mins.
7.Now add crushed pepper and mix it well.
8.Put on the lid and cook.
9.Now add cooked rice and mix it well.
10.Put on the lid and toss it well.
11.Serve it in a plate.
