1.Take a pan add oil,whole garam masala,chopped onion,salt as per taste.
2.Saute all these nicely.
3.Add cashewnuts,chopped green chillies,tomato puree,red chilli powder,cumin powder,
  coriander powder.
4.Saute for 2 to 3 mins.
5.Now add chopped fenugreek leaves and dil leaves and mix it well.
6.Add hot water and let it boil.
7.Add paneer cubes and mix it well.
8.Now add soaked rice and mix it well.
9.Put on the lid and cook for 15 mins.
10.After that serve hot with raitha.
