: 250g x2 chicken thigh
- Negishio-dare(salty seasoning) -
: 1 green onion (white part)
: 1 tbsp sesame oil
: 1 tbsp veggetable oil
: 1 tsp salt
: 1 tsp black pepper
: 3g grated garlic
- Shoyu dare (sweet seasoning) -
: 2 tbsp soy sauce
: 2 tbsp sake
: 3 tbsp mirin
: 2 tbsp brown sugar or regular sugar
: Yuzu citrus
: Shredded dried seaweed

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。
