PRAWNS & Garlic Butter | Bart van Olphen ─ Bart's Fish Tales

We've teamed up with Etihad Airways and they took us to Perth on the West Coast of Australia! From Perth, we went to Exmouth, and it is here where some of the most sustainable wild prawns are being caught. We went out for a night of prawn fishing with Captain Lenny and his crew and with these incredible prawns, I cooked the freshest prawns ever with garlic butter. An amazing summery recipe, quick, easy and delicious! Enjoy.
