Chicken Frankie rolls are less spicy and tangy, they are easy to prepare and easy to eat. This recipe is simple to make and at the same time very tasty. Chicken Frankie is popular in Bombay. Wheat flour - 1 Cup crush pepper - 1 Teaspoons chat masala - 1 Teaspoons Chicken - 1 Cup chili powder - 1 Teaspoons coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup coriander powder - 1 Teaspoons cumin powder - 1 Teaspoons cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoons egg - 1 Numbers ginger and garlic - 1 Tablespoons lemon juice - 1 Tablespoons Maida/All Purpose flour - 1 Cup water - as required Oil - as required turmeric powder - Pinch tomatoes - 3 Numbers Salt - as per taste onion - 1 Number
Method:
Take a bowl add maida, atta, salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, mix well.
Then add water to make a soft dough, keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Slice tomato, onion, crush pepper and keep it aside.
Beat an egg and keep it aside.
Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, ginger and garlic, chopped onion, cook till onions are golden brown, then add turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes, crushed pepper, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes.
Now add chicken to the same pan, mix well and cook it with closed lid till chicken is tender, then add chat masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and keep it aside.
Now take the dough make a thin chapati, apply oil by spreading all over, then sprinkle maida flour in it and make round and press in the center rest and do as shown in the video.
Take a pan, place the chapati and cook it as shown in the video.
After cooked, add egg and cook it. and place the chicken curry and roll it as shown in the video.
