Betel leaf - 10 Numbers Ghee - 1 Tablespoons Cashew powder - 1 Cup Almonds - 10 Numbers Cashew nuts powder - 1 Cup Sugar - 1 Cup Food color green - 1/2 Teaspoons Cardamom powder - 1 Teaspoons
Method:
Take a pan and add ghee, betel leaf and sautĂŠ it well. And make it into a fine paste and keep aside.
Now take another pan and add ghee, almonds flakes, cashew nuts powder and sautĂŠ it for few mins. And add sugar and cook it.
Add betel leaf paste that we have prepared for starting. And add food color and cook in a slow flame.
After that add cardamom powder and cook it well.
Make it triangle are heart shape and serve it.
