ZAFRANI GULKAND PULAO ─ Indian Master Chef

Zafrani Pulao is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Main. A mix of rich ingredients like dry fruits, whole spices are used to make this dish of sweet, saffron rice.

Ingredients:
Oil as required
Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon stick 1 Piece
Bay leaf 1 Number
Pistachio 1 Tablespoon
Cashew nuts 10 Numbers
Almonds 9 Numbers
Raisins 8 Number
Onion 1 Number
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Rose petals 1/2 Teaspoon
Rice 2 Cup
Jaggery 1 Teaspoon
Fried onions 1 Cup
Saffron color 1 Tablespoon
Mint leaves 1/2 Cup

Method:




1.Take a pan and add oil, caraway seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, pista, cashewnuts, almonds, raisins. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
2.Add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it.
3.Now add rose petals and mix it.
4.Add hot water along with rice and mix it again.
5.Now add jaggery, fried onions, saffron color and mix it.
6.Add mint leaves and cook it with closed lid for 10 minutes.
Serve with boodi raitha.
