1 white/yellow onion (150g)
1 large sweet potato (900g)
2 tbsp turmeric
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 & 1/4 cup quinoa (200-250g)
4 cups water
1 bunch of kale (400g)
Salt and pepper to taste
