SO HERE'S IT IS!! This is the "cobbler" that I've been teasing everyone with on my Instagram (www.instagram.com/byrontalbott) and now is alive and well for you guys to enjoy. It's one of THEE easiest stove top desserts that I could think of aside form the biscuit of course, but if you prep it ahead of time all you have to do is cook the boozed up blackberries and top with a warm fluffy biscuit that foodie dreams are made of. 1 cup ap flour (Adjust according to how wet or dry the mix becomes)
1/4 cup cold butter
1/3 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups blackberries
1/4 cup dark rum
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla paste
pinch of salt
Chantilly Cream:
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
