Braised Leek & Smoked MACKEREL | Bart van Olphen ─ Bart's Fish Tales

Braised leek is one of my favourite classic dishes that I order when I am in Paris, and I found out it goes really well with smoked mackerel! Tinned fish is not only delicious, it's affordable and you can keep it for a long time. This dish makes for a great lunch or starter! Enjoy.
