A fantastic side dish, or a vegetarian starter, what it may be called but its just tastes amazing.

1. Firstly, In a plate add corn flour, all-purpose flour, flavouring salt, regular salt, peppercorn powder, water , egg white mix it welL
2. Then coat mushroom pieces with this mixture and keep aside.
3. In a bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, flavouring salt, sugar, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, water, salt mix it well.
4. Now heat oil in a pan add mushroom pieces and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Then add cashew nuts and saute it for another few a minutes
6. Remove the cashew nuts and mushroom pieces into a plate and keep aside.
7. In the same oil add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, capsicum pieces (red, green, yellow), onion, green chillies and fry them.
8. Now add soya sauce mixture cook it for a minute.
9. Then add mushroom, cashew nuts pieces, also add cornflour-water and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
10. Now tasty Chinese style Mushroom and Cashew is ready to serve.
