Baby Potatoes - 750 gms
Chopped Onion - 1.5 cups
Tomato Puree - 1.5 cups
Cumin Seeds (Zeera) - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp each
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt, Red Chili powder, Turmeric Powder - As per taste
Dry masala - 1 tsp
(roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, clove,
green and black cardamom, cinnamon)
Fennel Seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
