Off to Vietnam on this #FishyFriday! In my search for the most sustainable seafood all around the world my partner Harm Jan and I are taking you to Can Tho, a small village in the south of Vietnam. The local community of small scale shrimp farmers here has collaborated to gain sustainable certification. An impressive movement! I'm really taking in consideration that the world population is growing. Farming seafood in a sustainable way can be one of the solutions to feed the planet. Watch this documentary on this wonderful Vietnamese community to learn more on sustainable shrimp farming.
