HARIYALI VEG BIRYANI
First, blanch the spinach
Transfer it to a plate and
add ½ cup of mint
Add 4 green chilies
Add ½ cup of coriander leaves
Add 5 garlic
Add ½ inch of ginger
Add them to a blender
And grind into a fine paste.
In a pan add 2 tb spn of oil
Add whole garam masala
Add ½ cup of sliced onions
Add some salt
Add 1 cup of potato pieces
Add ½ cup of carrot pieces
Add ½ tsp of turmeric powder
Add a pinch of nutmeg powder
Add 2 tsp of biryani masala
Add 1 cup of curd
And cook for 2 minutes.
And add 2 cups of soaked basmati rice
Add 4 cups of water
Add 1 tsp of salt
Put on the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add grounded spinach paste
Add 1 cup of paneer pieces
Add fried bread pieces
switch of the flame.
Apple raita;-
In a bowl add 1 cup of curd
Add 1 tsp of chopped almonds
Add 1 tsp of chopped cashew nuts
Add a pinch of cinnamon powder
Add a pinch of salt
Add ½ cup of apple pieces
And mix it.
Now serve hot hariyali biryani & raita.
