2 sweet potatoes
2 heads broccoli
2 cans of chickpeas
4 garlic cloves

salt and pepper
2 cups oats
16 dates
2 cups rice
2 cans black beans
2 red onion
2 tomatoes
1 head of lettuce
6 oranges
5 bell peppers
1 yellow onion

STORAGE AND REHEATING:
-All recipes can be stored in the fridge and eaten within 5 days.
-They can be frozen, and thawed in the fridge the night before.
-They can be eaten cold or you can toss in a frying pan for a few seconds with some water.
