Oil as required 0 Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons Dry red chillies 5 Numbers Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons Chopped garlic 5 Numbers Onion 1 Numbers Turmeric Pinch Hing Pinch Green chillies 5 Numbers Curry leaves 4 Stricks Water as required 0 Butter 1 Tablespoons Fenugreek leaves 1 Cup Boiled toor dal 1 Cup Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoons Tamarind juice 1 Cup 1.Take a pan and add oil,mustard seeds,dry red chillies,cumin seeds,
chopped garlic,chopped onion,pinch of turmeric,pinch of hing and
mix it well.
2.Add chopped green chillies,curry leaves and mix it well.
3.Add little bit of water and butter,chopped fenugreek leaves.
4.Saute all these for few mins.
5.Now add boiled toor dal and salt as per taste and mix it well.
6.Add chopped coriander leaves and last lemon juice and mix it well.
7.Saute all these for few mins.
8.Serve in a bowl.
